It is said that one man's trash is another man's treasure. One of the easiest way to explore your creative side is to try to implement some lighting ideas. Look around you, see for things that are left out and unused, now think about it and the question, can you turn that jar into a desk lamp? I have old copper tubes that have been lying around for ages now, can it be made into a vintage style chandelier? In this project I used the steel plates from an old transformer that has been lying around at my home for sometime, an LED strip and two planks of wood. I found an old transformer from my old UPS that I had. It's been dead for over three years. The transformer's core Consist basically constructed using metal sheets and that is what I have used for this build.
